Organization Mission Statement

Since 1973, The Association for the Visually Impaired (AVI) has provided rehabilitation services to blind and visually impaired persons of all ages living in the Hudson Valley. AVI is the only agency in our community which provides rehabilitation services designed for visually impaired and blind residents. AVI offers a continuum of care for individuals of all ages, ranging from birth to over 100 years old.
